Shipping & Returns Policy

At Dear San, we want your experience to be smooth from checkout to first sip. Please read below for details on how we handle shipping and returns.


Shipping

Processing Time
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes
We currently deliver within Australia only. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your address details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Missed Deliveries or Returns
If your parcel is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to collect, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship internationally at this stage. We also cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the size and weight of our cartons.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@dearsan.com.au. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link. If you’re still unsure, contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
